We only sell pianos in good overall condition and in fully working order. Each piano gets a full overall inspection. Any work or refurbishment is undertaken on an individual piano basis, then each is tuned and regulated prior to delivery.
YouTube videos of the pianos being played as well as comprehensive walkaround videos are available for the majority of our pianos. If we have missed one feel free to ask and we would be more than happy to supply one.
