A delivery quote should be agreed prior to purchase. 

We charge a flat rate £150 throughout England, this is to ground floor only.

All other deliveries should request an exact delivery quote prior to purchase.

We aim to ship within 7 to 10 days, in some cases it can be longer.

We do NOT offer free shipping and all pianos are subject to a delivery charge.

The delivery fee is payable directly to the delivery firm on delivery of your piano.

Orders without agreed delivery will be refunded.
