The Derbyshire Piano Workshop specialise in the restoration and maintenance of traditional vintage pianos. We are particularly well known for our work with Bechstein pianos, but equally enjoy working on many other fine examples of traditional piano like Richard Lipp, Steinway and Bluthner.

Renowned for our thoroughness and highly detailed work, we believe in restoring rather than renewing, and whenever possible we conserve rather than restore. It is this philosophy which ensures a piano remains correct and original, even following major works or a minor restoration.
